MISSION
Alta Onda is a platform connecting doers rooted in POC excellence, cultural entrepreneurship, community, and creativity to activate talent, joy, and opportunity.
VISION
Through networking, incubation, collective community spaces, and learning models, we strive to transform Colorado's cultural sector by centering the experiences and the talents of historically marginalized/excluded creatives, entrepreneurs, makers, and doers. We do this by shifting paradigms and challenging traditional models of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, fundraising, investing, and engagement to reimagine a new set of realities and create collective opportunities rooted in equity, access, liberation, connection, and joy.
